We're excited to announce our new partnership with Liberty Home Guard, one of the leading home warranty providers in the industry. This partnership brings our clients access to top-quality home warranty plans that protect against unexpected repairs and replacements of all major home systems and appliances.
Liberty Home Guard’s home warranty coverage provides protection for all major home systems and appliances, including kitchen and laundry appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, ductwork, and heating and cooling systems. We also provide home maintenance services, such as pest control, gutter cleaning, and re-keying.
Liberty offers three major home warranty plans: Systems Guard, Appliance Guard, and Total Home Guard.
Starting March 10th, 2023, Doorvest is covering the 1-year cost of the Total Home Guard Package. We'll handle all claims made under the home warranty plan on your behalf while the property is managed by Doorvest. Please refer to the Warranty Details & Exclusions to learn more.
For existing clients, we’re bringing special pricing to you if you want to add one of the Home Warranty Plans to your home.
